COMSTOCK, NE (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Broken Bow Henry Nuxoll, the founder of Comstock's annual music festivals, will stand trial on felony bad check charges on June 17 and 18 in Custer County District Court. Nuxoll was charged in September with writing bad checks in excess of $1,500, a Class 3 felony.
