Un joven falleció este jueves mientras conducía una motocicleta en Tlalixtac de Cabrera, ubicado en el estado de Oaxaca, luego que fuera decapitado por un cable que había sido colocado para impedir el paso a automóviles para celebrar una fiesta del municipio.
